     Section 28.     Subsection (4) of Section 550.135, Florida

8

Statutes, is created to read:

     550.135  Division of moneys derived under this law.--All

10

moneys that are deposited with the Chief Financial Officer to

11

the credit of the Pari-mutuel Wagering Trust Fund shall be

12

distributed as follows:

13

     (4) The electronic gaming machine license fee, the

14

electronic gaming machine occupational license fee and the

15

compulsive or addictive gambling prevention program fee

16

collected pursuant to ss. subsection (1) of section 7 of CS/SB

17

1380 and subsection (3) of Section 17 of CS/SB 1380, shall be

18

used to fund the direct and indirect operating expenses of the

19

division's electronic gaming machine regulation operations and

20

to provide funding for relevant enforcement activities in

21

accordance with authorized appropriations. Funds deposited into

22

the Pari-mutuel Wagering Trust Fund pursuant to ss. subsection

23

(1) of section 7 of CS/SB 1380 and subsection (3) of Section 17

24

of CS/SB 1380, shall be reserved in the trust fund for

25

electronic gaming machine regulation and enforcement operations.

On June 30, any unappropriated funds in excess of those

27

necessary for incurred obligations and subsequent year cash flow

28

for electronic gaming machine regulation and enforcement

29

operations shall be deposited with the Chief Financial Officer

30

to the credit of the General Revenue Fund.
