An act relating to public records and meetings; expressing

the legislative intent to create an exemption from public-

records and public-meetings requirements; providing an

effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. It is the intent of the Legislature to create an

10

exemption from public-records and public-meetings requirements

11

and to provide a statement of public necessity for the creation

12

of the exemption.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
