| 5 | Section 94. Notwithstanding any provision of chapter 74- |
| 6 | 400, Laws of Florida, public funds may be used for the |
| 7 | alteration of Old Cutler Road, between Southwest 136th Street |
| 8 | and Southwest 184th Street, in the Village of Palmetto Bay. |
| 9 | (1) The alteration may include the installation of |
| 10 | sidewalks, curbing, and landscaping to enhance pedestrian access |
| 11 | to the road. |
| 12 | (2) The official approval of the project by the Department |
| 13 | of State must be obtained before any alteration is started. |
