following amendment:

     Delete on line(s) 147-151

     and insert:

     academic year. A scholarship-funding organization may not

grant multiyear scholarships in one approval process. No portion

9

of eligible contributions may be used for administrative

10

expenses. Beginning in the 2009-2010 state fiscal year, up to 3

11

percent of eligible collected contributions may be used for

12

administrative expenses incurred by a scholarship-funding

13

organization under this section. All interest accrued from
