     Delete lines 169-173

and insert:

Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 213.053, each eligible

7

nonprofit scholarship-funding organization shall make available

8

to the public a list of taxpayers making an eligible contribution

9

to the eligible nonprofit scholarship-funding organization and

10

the amount of each eligible contribution. Any and all information

11

and documentation provided to the Department of Education and the

12

Auditor General relating to the identity of a taxpayer that

13

provides an eligible contribution under this section shall remain

14

confidential at all times in accordance with s. 213.053.

     On line 16, after the semicolon,

insert:
