The Committee on Finance and Tax (Deutch) recommended the

     Delete lines 125-134

and insert:

     2. Beginning in the 2009-2010 state fiscal year, must

9

require scholarship recipients to participate in the statewide

10

assessments pursuant to s. 1008.22. The scholarship-funding

11

organization may provide funds to offset transportation costs

12

related to participation by a scholarship student in the

13

statewide assessment program.
