     Between lines 65 and 66,

insert:

     6. Providing additional resources to public schools to be

used to provide special assistance, tutoring, mentoring, and

8

remediation services to eligible students furthers the paramount

9

duty of this state to provide all students with a high-quality

10

education as required by s. 1, Art. IX of the State Constitution.
