An act relating to art in public buildings; repealing s.

255.043, F.S., relating to a requirement that a specified

portion of appropriations for new construction of state

buildings be used for art; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. Section 255.043, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2008.
