Improvement of Existing Buildings (CIEB) for smaller renovations,

or the United States Green Building Council's Leadership in

Energy and Environmental Design for New Construction (LEED-NC) or

15

the Green Building Initiative's Green Globes for New Construction

16

(NC) for major renovations, with a goal of achieving the United

17

States Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and

18

Environmental Design Platinum level rating or the Green Building

19

Initiative's Green Globes 4-Globes rating, or the Florida Green
