     (2) As used in this section, the term:

10

     (a) "Biodiesel vehicle" means a vehicle that is designed to

11

run on mono-alkyl esters of long-chain fatty acids derived from

12

vegetable oils or animal fats which conform to ASTM D6751

13

specifications for use in diesel engines. Biodiesel refers to the

14

pure fuel before blending with diesel fuel. Biodiesel blends are

15

denoted as "BXX" with "XX," representing the percentage of

16

biodiesel contained in the blend. For example, B100 is pure

17

biodiesel and B20 is a blend of 20-percent biodiesel and 80

18

percent petroleum diesel.

     (b) "Flex-fuel vehicle" means a vehicle that is designed to

20

run on gasoline or a blend of up to 85 percent ethanol (E85).

     (c) "Hybrid vehicle" means a hybrid vehicle, as defined in

22

s. 316.0741.

     (d) "State government entity" means any state government

24

entity listed in chapter 20 or the State Constitution.
