403.71853 Recycling of compact fluorescent light bulbs

containing mercury.--The Department of Environmental Protection

shall work with local governments and retailers to implement a

pilot program to collect compact fluorescent light bulbs
15
containing mercury. Local governments are encouraged to
16
establish collection and recycling programs for compact
17
fluorescent light bulbs through existing and household hazardous
18
waste management programs.
