     Section 110. Motor vehicle emissions standards.--If the

7

Department of Environmental Protection proposes to adopt the

8

California motor vehicle emission standards, such standards shall

9

not be implemented until ratified by the Legislature. If the

10

department proposes to modify its rule adopting the California

11

motor vehicle emission standards, such rule modifications shall

12

not be implemented until ratified by the Legislature.
