In addition to fuel efficiency, state government entities shall

also give preference to a hybrid, flex-fuel, or biodiesel vehicle

12

if the type of vehicle being purchased is available with such a

13

propulsion system and otherwise meets the requirements for the

14

vehicle's intended use.
