     (3) If the declaration is required to be filed on or before

the 1st day of the 10th month of the taxable year, the estimated

tax shall be paid in two equal installments: at the time of

9

required filing of the declaration for such taxable year and on

10

or before the 1st day of the next taxable year, respectively.
