An act relating to sales and use tax; expressing the

legislative intent to revise laws relating to sales and

use tax; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating

9

to sales and use tax.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
