     (1) The portion of 12th Avenue in Miami-Dade County from

S.W. 8th Street to N.W.64th Street is designated as "Katherine

Fernandez Rundle Avenue."

     (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect

suitable markers designating Katherine Fernandez Rundle Avenue as

14

described in subsection (1).
