An act relating to the Florida Statutes; repealing ss.

become inoperative by noncurrent repeal or expiration and,

pursuant to s. 11.242(5)(b) and (i), may be omitted from
20
the 2008 Florida Statutes only through a reviser's bill
21
duly enacted by the Legislature; amending s. 373.459,
22
F.S., to conform to the repeal of s. 403.885(3); and
24
the repeal of chapter 737, F.S.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
27

Section 1. Section 14.325, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
29
Reviser's note.--The cited section, which creates the
30
Council on State Agency Inspectors General, was repealed
31
pursuant to its own terms, effective June 30, 2007.
32
Section 2. Subsections (4), (5), (6), (7), and (8) of
33
section 211.027, Florida Statutes, are repealed.

Reviser's note.--Subsections (4), (5), and (6), which relate
35
to tax exemptions for oil and gas produced under specified
36
parameters, were repealed pursuant to subsection (8),
37
effective June 30, 2007. Subsection (7) only serves to
38
prohibit new exemptions per subsections (4)-(6) after June
39
30, 2002, and has served its purpose; subsection (8) only
40
serves to provide the repeal of subsections (4)-(6) and has
41
served its purpose.

Section 3. Paragraph (i) of subsection (2) of section
43
216.181, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

Reviser's note.--The cited paragraph, which authorizes the
45
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to submit a specified
46
budget amendment, expired pursuant to its own terms,
47
effective July 1, 2007.

Section 4. Subsection (4) of section 252.373, Florida
49
Statutes, is repealed.

Reviser's note.--The cited subsection, which provides that
51
otherwise unobligated funds in the Emergency Management,
52
Preparedness, and Assistance Trust Fund may be authorized
53
for expenditures to provide assistance to local governments
54
for implementing local comprehensive plans, innovative
55
planning to make communities more livable, and addressing
56
growth management issues, expired pursuant to its own terms,
57
effective July 1, 2007.

Section 5. Paragraph (b) of subsection (4) and paragraph
59
(g) of subsection (11) of section 259.032, Florida Statutes, are
60
repealed.

Reviser's note.--Paragraph (4)(b), which relates to transfer
62
of moneys from the Conservation and Recreation Lands Trust
63
Fund to the Florida Forever Trust Fund or the Land
64
Acquisition Trust Fund, expired pursuant to its own terms,
65
effective July 1, 2007. Paragraph (11)(g), which provides
66
for a specified appropriation from funds deposited into the
67
Florida Preservation 2000 Trust Fund and the Florida Forever
68
Trust Fund for construction of replacement museum facilities
69
for the 2006-2007 fiscal year, expired pursuant to its own
70
terms, effective July 1, 2007.

Section 6. Paragraph (b) of subsection (14) of section

287.057, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

Reviser's note.--The cited paragraph, which authorizes the

implementation of a privatization initiative for a secure
75
facility by the Department of Children and Family Services,

expired pursuant to its own terms, effective July 1, 2007.

Section 7. Section 288.039, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

Employing and Training our Youths (ENTRY) program, expired

pursuant to its own terms, effective June 30, 2007.

Section 8. Subsection (3) of section 311.22, Florida

Statutes, is repealed.

minimum 25 percent match of funds received for certain

dredging projects for the 2006-2007 fiscal year only,

expired pursuant to its own terms, effective July 1, 2007.

Section 9. Subsection (4) of section 370.13, Florida

Statutes, is repealed.

Section 10. Subsection (7) of section 370.142, Florida

Section 13. Subsection (5) of section 381.0402, Florida

Statutes, is repealed.

Section 17. Subsection (6) of section 373.459, Florida

to the Suwannee River Water Management District, the Northwest

Florida Water Management District, or a financially disadvantaged

small local government as defined in former s. 403.885(3).

Section 18. Subsection (2) of section 617.0802, Florida

Statutes, is amended to read:

617.0802 Qualifications of directors.--

(2) In the event that the eligibility to serve as a member

of the board of directors of a condominium association,
169
cooperative association, homeowners' association, or mobile home
170
owners' association is restricted to membership in such
171
association and membership is appurtenant to ownership of a unit,
172
parcel, or mobile home, a grantor of a trust described in s.
173
733.707(3), or a beneficiary as defined in former s.
174
737.303(4)(b) of a trust which owns a unit, parcel, or mobile
175
home shall be deemed a member of the association and eligible to
176
serve as a director of the condominium association, cooperative
177
association, homeowners' association, or mobile home owners'
178
association, provided that said beneficiary occupies the unit,
179
parcel, or mobile home.

737.303 by s. 48, ch. 2006-217, Laws of Florida; that repeal
