     Between lines 1569 and 1570,

insert:

     Section 42. The sum of $153,872 is appropriated from the

Teacher Certification Trust Fund to the Department of Education

10

for the 2008-2009 fiscal year, and two additional full-time

11

equivalent positions and associated salary rate of 90,088 are

12

authorized, for the purpose of implementing this act.
