An act relating to higher education funding; expressing

education funding; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating

9

to higher education funding.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2008.
