legislative intent to revise laws relating to the Prison

Rehabilitative Industries and Diversified Enterprises

(PRIDE); providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating

11

to the Prison Rehabilitative Industries and Diversified

12

Enterprises (PRIDE).

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2008.
