An act relating to the Department of Legal Affairs;

expressing the legislative intent to revise laws relating

to the Department of Legal Affairs; providing an effective

date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating

10

to the Department of Legal Affairs.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2008.
