An act relating to the transfer-of-interest return filed

with the clerk of the court; repealing s. 201.022, F.S.;

eliminating provisions requiring that the return be filed

5

upon the transfer of an interest in real property;

providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. Section 201.022, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect June 1, 2008.
