     Delete line(s) 1547-1561

and insert: doing business in the state and having deposits of at

7

least $50 million shall enter into agreements with the department

8

to develop and operate a data match system, using an automated

9

data exchange to the maximum extent feasible, in which the

10

financial institution must provide for each calendar quarter the

11

name, record address, social security number or other taxpayer

12

identification number, average daily account balance, and other

13

identifying information for:

     (a) Each obligor who maintains an account at the financial

15

institution as identified to the institution by the department by

16

name and social security number or other taxpayer identification

17

number; or

18

     (b) At the financial institution's option, each person who

19

maintains an account at the institution.

The department is also authorized to enter into agreements to

22

operate an automated data exchange with financial institutions

23

having deposits that do not exceed $50 million. The department

shall use the information received pursuant to
