Alzheimer's Center and Research Institute; eliminating the

annual appropriation for the institute; providing an

effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. Subsection (12) of section 1004.445, Florida

11

Statutes, is repealed.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2008.
