An act relating to pre-K through 12 education; expressing

the legislative intent to revise laws relating to pre-K

through 12 education; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating

9

to pre-K through 12 education.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
