An act relating to highway designations; designating a

portion of U.S. 1 as "Cutler Bay Boulevard" in Miami-Dade

County; directing the Department of Transportation to

erect markers; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. Cutler Bay Boulevard designated; Department of

10

Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

     (1) The portion of U.S. 1 in Miami-Dade County from S.W.

12

184th Street to S.W. 112th Avenue, inclusive, is designated as

13

"Cutler Bay Boulevard."

14

     (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect

15

suitable markers designating Cutler Bay Boulevard as described in

16

subsection (1).

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2008.
