(7) Notwithstanding any other provision of law and effective

July 1, 2008, the turnpike enterprise shall increase tolls on all

9

existing toll facilities by twenty-five percent and, in addition,

10

shall index that increase to the annual Consumer Price Index or

11

similar inflation factors as established in s. 338.165.
