     Between line(s) 2335 and 2336,

insert:

     Section 43. Except for specialty license plates approved

8

before or during the 2008 Legislative session, the Department of

9

Motor Vehicles may not issue any new specialty license plates

10

pursuant to ss. 320.08056 and 320.08058, Florida Statutes,

11

between July 1, 2008, and July 1, 2011.
