     On line 144, after the period,

insert:

The division, or its agent, shall notify the local firesafety

8

authority or the State Fire Marshal of any readily observable

9

violation of a rule adopted under chapter 633 which relates to

10

public lodging establishments or public food establishments, and

11

the identification of such violation does not require any

12

firesafety inspection certification.
