Internet of any information regarding sexual predators and sexual

offenders and of any information regarding juveniles who are

10

designated a sexual predator under s. 775.21 or who meet the

11

criteria of a sexual offender designation under s. 943.0435(1)(a)

12

1.d. which is not confidential and exempt from public disclosure

13

under s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State

14

Constitution.

     (6) The notification to the public of any information

16

regarding sexual predators and sexual offenders through the

17

Internet under this section, at a minimum, must:

18

     (a) Include the following information when contained in the

19

registry database:

20

     1. The name of the sexual predator or sexual offender;

21

     2. A description of the sexual predator or sexual offender,

22

including a photograph;

     3. The current address of the sexual predator or sexual

24

offender, including the name of the county or municipality, if

25

known;
