An act relating to value adjustment boards; expressing the

legislative intent to revise laws relating to value

adjustment boards; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The Legislature intends to review laws relating

9

to value adjustment boards.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
