and insert:

and the provisions of this chapter and any applicable rules,

which must be signed and returned within 10 days after being

9

elected to the board. Any unit owner or other eligible person

10

desiring to be a candidate for the board must give written notice

11

to the association not less than 40 days before a scheduled

12

election. Together with the written notice and agenda as set

13

forth in subparagraph 2., the association shall mail, deliver, or

14

electronically transmit a second notice of the election to all

15

unit owners entitled to vote therein, together with a ballot

16

which shall list all candidates. Upon request of a candidate, the

17

association shall include an information sheet, no larger than

18

81/2 inches by 11 inches, which must be furnished by the

19

candidate not less than 35 days before the election, to be

20

included with the mailing,
