The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Bennett) recommended the

following amendment:

and insert:

Regulation. The review and approval shall include approval of

8

the policy and related forms pursuant to ss. 627.410 and 627.411,

9

a determination that the loss model approved by the Commission

10

was accurately and appropriately applied to the insured

11

structures to determine the 250-year probable maximum loss, and a

12

determination that complete and accurate disclosure of all

13

material provisions is provided to condominium unit owners prior

14

to execution of the agreement by a condominium association. The

15

Office of Insurance Regulation must approve or disapprove the

16

insurance program within 90 days, except for approval of the

17

policy and related forms which are subject to the procedures

18

specified in s. 627.410.
