insert:

     Section 3. The exemption from the sales tax on the

8

chartering of fishing boats, as provided in s. 212.08(7)(y),

9

Florida Statutes, is suspended for the period beginning on July

10

1, 2008, and ending on June 30, 2009. Tax shall be collected on

11

the chartering of such boats during that period.
