     (9) Coordinate casework with the following agencies as

appropriate to the individual situation: the Agency for Health

Care Administration, the Department of Elderly Affairs, the Area

10

Agency on Aging, Nursing Home Diversion or Medicaid Waiver

11

Program provider, Florida Senior Care Provider, and other

12

relevant agencies or organizations to develop a plan that

13

improves the prospects for safety of affected residents and, if

14

necessary, identifies alternative living arrangements such as

15

facilities licensed under part II of chapter 400 or under chapter

16
