and insert:

resident living areas as defined in s. 429.02(16). In lieu of

background screening, any contractor who does not provide

personal services to residents or have access to resident funds

or other personal property must sign in at the reception desk

upon entering the building, wear an identification badge

13

provided by his or her employer or by the facility, and sign out

14

before leaving the building. The facility shall maintain a log

15

containing the name of all contractors who enter the building

16

and the date and time of the visit. The agency may
