     Delete everything after the enacting clause

and insert:

     Section 1.  Section 765.5225, Florida Statutes, is created

8

to read:

     765.5225 Preservation of donated organs.--To promote the

10

maintenance of donated organs, a pharmacist shall notify the

11

prescribing practitioner within 48 hours via fax, phone, or

12

electronic communication upon dispensing a drug for

13

immunosuppressive therapy following an organ transplant if it is

14

a drug other than the original specifically prescribed drug.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 2, 2008.
