     On line(s) 72, after the period,

insert:

This subsection does not restrict or limit a charter county from

8

conducting electronic tax deed sales. In a charter county where

9

the clerk of the circuit court does not conduct all of its

10

electronic sales, the charter county may receive electronic

11

deposits and payments related to any sales such charter county

12

conducts and to subject the winning bidder to a fee consistent

13

with the schedule in s. 28.24(10).

insert:

providing that a charter county is not restricted or

county conducts and impose a fee on the winning bidder, if

25

the clerk of the circuit court does not conduct all

26

electronic sales;
