     Delete everything after the enacting clause

and insert:

     Section 1. As part of the annual report required under s.

9

288.906, Florida Statutes, Enterprise Florida, Inc., shall

10

provide information, including, but not limited to, a description

11

of:

12

     (1) Efforts to support the growth of recreational marine

13

businesses that are presently operating in this state.

14

     (2) Efforts to recruit boat manufacturers and service

15

sectors within the marine industry to establish operations in

16

this state and to retain boat manufacturers and marine accessory

17

manufacturers that are currently operating in this state.

18

     (3) Any loss or gain of marina and boatyard facilities in

19

this state and any loss or gain in recreational marine businesses

20

to other states.

This section expires December 31, 2011.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2008.

An act relating to the recreational marine industry;

requiring that the annual report issued by Enterprise

future expiration; providing an effective date.
