An act relating to the City of Belleair Beach, Pinellas

County; authorizing the City Council of the City of

Belleair Beach to hold regular and special meetings

outside the jurisdictional limits of the city as

prescribed by ordinance, resolution, or interlocal

agreement; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The City Council of the City of Belleair Beach

12

may hold regular and special meetings outside the jurisdictional

13

limits of the City of Belleair Beach at such time and place as

14

may be prescribed by ordinance, resolution, or interlocal

15

agreement.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
