     Between line(s) 43 and 44,

insert:

     (15) Notwithstanding any other provision of law in this

9

chapter, the holder of any greyhound permit pursuant to which

10

live racing was previously conducted for at least 10 consecutive

11

years and pursuant to which live racing has not been conducted

12

during the immediately preceding 10 years is entitled to move the

13

location for which the permit has been issued to another location

14

within a 30-mile radius of the location fixed in the permit if

15

such relocation does not cross the county boundary. Thereafter,

16

such permitholder is entitled to initially and annually apply for

17

and receive a pari-mutuel wagering license, conduct pari-mutuel

18

wagering as authorized in ss. 550.615 and 550.6305 without the

19

necessity of conducting a full schedule of live racing during the

20

current or preceding year, and apply for and receive a cardroom

21

operator's license pursuant to s. 849.086.
