and insert:

     (2) The initiative shall be centrally administered at the

Space Life Sciences Laboratory with advisory and other support

9

provided by Space Florida. The administering partners shall make

10

a best effort to maximize matching investments from industry, the

11

National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the Department of

12

Defense, and other organizations.
