     Delete lines 87 through 91

and insert:

     (4) For purposes of determining shared parental

8

responsibility and visitation, if the court accepts evidence of

9

domestic violence or sexual violence, child abuse, child

10

abandonment or child neglect, then the court shall specifically

11

acknowledge in writing that, when considering the best interests

12

of the child, the court considered evidence of domestic violence

13

or sexual violence, child abuse, child abandonment, or child

14

neglect as required by paragraph (3)(l).
