     Section 2. Of the funds appropriated in the 2008-2009

fiscal year to the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic

Development, $1.5 million shall be used for international

10

cultural festival planning and programming that generates

11

significant regional or statewide return on investment and uses

12

existing state-owned cultural facilities. Notwithstanding s.

216.301, Florida Statutes, funds that are part of such $1.5

14

million do not revert until the end of the second fiscal year

15

after the appropriation.
