     (ee) Selectively limiting insurance offerings.--Failure of

7

an insurer or affiliated insurer to offer in this state personal

8

residential property insurance offered by that insurer in another

9

jurisdiction. An insurer need not offer personal residential

10

property insurance in this state. However, if an insurer offers

11

personal lines residential property insurance in any state, the

12

insurer or one of its affiliates must offer personal lines

13

residential property insurance in this state. The commission

14

shall adopt rules to administer this paragraph.
