following amendment to amendment (411274):

     Senate Amendment

     On line(s) 753, after the period

6

insert:

     The rules shall allow a period of at least two years after

8

the effective date of the revised mitigation discounts, credits

9

or other rate differentials for a property owner to obtain an

10

inspection or otherwise qualify for the revised credit, during

11

which time the insurer shall continue to apply the mitigation

12

credit that was applied immediately prior to the effective date

13

of the revised credit.
