DELETE THE FOLLOWING PROVISO:

From  the  funds in Specific Appropriation 2633, $300,000 is provided to
the Black Business Investment Board for operations and administration of
the  board,  $1,975,000 is provided for the Black Business Loan Program,
and  $25,000  is  provided  to the Office of Tourism, Trade and Economic
Development for the administration of the loan program.

AND INSERT:

From  the  funds in Specific Appropriation 2633, $300,000 is provided to
the Black Business Investment Board for operations and administration of
the  board, $975,000 is provided for the Black Business Loan Program,
