insert:

     Section 13. In order to implement Specific Appropriation

7

3090 of the 2008-2009 General Appropriations Act and to correct

8

the inequality caused by the use of estimates of prior-year

9

expenditures to establish maximum annual budgets for the 2004-

10

2005 county fiscal year resulting in a maximum annual budget for

11

one clerk of court which was substantially less than the amount

12

that would have been set if actual prior-year expenditures had

13

been used, the maximum annual budget for the Clerk of the Court,

14

Duval County, is increased by $1 million for the 2008-2009 county

15

fiscal year. This section expires July 1, 2009.
