An act relating to Brevard County; amending chapter 2000-

451, Laws of Florida, as amended; extending the expiration

date for the clam harvesting licensure program; providing

an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1.  Section 12 of section 1 of chapter 2000-451,

10

Laws of Florida, as amended by chapter 2003-342, Laws of Florida,

11

is amended to read:

     Section 12. This act shall expire July 1, 2013 2008.

13

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
