An act relating to Broward County; repealing chapter 74-

442, Laws of Florida, which prohibits the governing body

of a municipality from annexing any property lying within

5

Broward County unless such municipality has adopted a land

6

use plan; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. Chapter 74-442, Laws of Florida, is repealed.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
